The scheduling of numerous construction projects considering several factors is an important challenge faced by construction companies, particularly road builders. Road builders need to make decision to identify the best possible schedule to complete multiple constructions while considering multiple factor such as maximizing profit, reducing risk, and resource constraints among many other factors.
